They never skip breakfast.

According to researchers, skipping breakfast may be bad for the heart, as it is associated with risk factors for heart disease, such as high blood pressure, smoking, and diabetes. They eat only healthy fat.
A burger is certainly tastier than asparagus, but what effects does it leave on your body? Eating junk food – unhealthy food such as burgers, chips, pizza, street sandwiches, hot dogs, and doughnuts lead to weight gain, obesity, heart disease, diabetes, bloating, diarrhea, acne, and more.
