Cancellation policy

We’ll email you before your next renewal charge.

You can cancel anytime—cancellations apply to future renewals.

  • Seasonal (Quarterly): Cancel or skip a box anytime before your next renewal date to avoid the next season’s charge. If you’ve already been charged, that season’s box will still ship.

  • Annual (Prepaid): Cancel anytime. You’ll still receive all remaining prepaid boxes, and you won’t be charged again.

  • Gift Subscriptions: Are prepaid and do not auto-renew. They end automatically after the final box ships.
